A project that will transform Dalymount Park into a 8,000 seat state of the art stadium. Home of Bohemians Football club, the redevelopment includes new changing rooms, a new club/bar, club merchandise shop, office and a new modern public plaza with café amenities. We look forward to being part of the transformation of this historic football stadium.

We are delighted to announce that planning has been granted to Dublin City Council for the redevelopment of the iconic Dalymount Park stadium in Phibsborough.
The new circa. 8,000 seat, terraced stadium is being designed with new club bar / function room facilities, a multi-functional community facility and gym, club merchandise shop, offices and a new modern public plaza with café amenities.
Cogent Associates are providing Project Management services and are delighted to be part of the overall transformation of Dalymount Park.

The redevelopment project for Dalymount Park is now underway thanks to funding secured by Dublin City Council, so design and planning work will now commence for the creation of a brand-new c6,000 seat stadium. Cogent Associates are providing Project Management services and are delighted to be part of the overall transformation of Dalymount Park.
The proposed development comprises the construction of a new pitch to UEFA Category 3 standards that will be used by Bohemian FC and Shelbourne FC as their joint ground. The venue will also consist of a soccer museum, a new relocated library, flexible use community space as well as a new public plaza.
A grant from the LSSIF to Dublin City Council by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, will be used to part-fund the design and planning elements of the project.
