Cogent Cost Managers Appointed to Dalymount Park Stadium Redevelopment

We are delighted to share our appointment by Dublin City Council as Cost Managers on the redevelopment of Dalymount Park Stadium.

A project that will transform Dalymount Park into a 8,000 seat state of the art stadium. Home of Bohemians Football club, the redevelopment includes new changing rooms, a new club/bar, club merchandise shop, office and a new modern public plaza with café amenities. We look forward to being part of the transformation of this historic football stadium.

Cogent are also providing Project Management services to DCC on Dalymount Park Stadium.

Planning Granted for Dalymount Park Stadium Redevelopment

We are delighted to announce that planning has been granted to Dublin City Council for the redevelopment of the iconic Dalymount Park stadium in Phibsborough.

The new circa. 8,000 seat, terraced stadium is being designed with new club bar / function room facilities, a multi-functional community facility and gym, club merchandise shop, offices and a new modern public plaza with café amenities.

Cogent Associates are providing Project Management services and are delighted to be part of the overall transformation of Dalymount Park.

The current plan is to develop a new four-sided municipal stadium (8,034 capacity) featuring:

•  Reorientation of the pitch to a North/South Axis (105m x 68m) and installation of a new sand-based grass pitch
•  New stands to the east and west side with provision for c. 6,240 seats and two new terraces to the north and south with provision for c. 1,794 standing
• The provision of a public thoroughfare along the eastern boundary connecting North Circular Road and Connaught Street to include various eateries and a new public plaza
• A community facility with an area of 585sq.m over two floors to include a multi-functional community room and a community gym
•  The provision of modern match-day facilities for teams and officials.
