Project Description.
We have successfully completed in excess of 100,000sqm2 of high quality fit-out for this global market leading Search Engine client. These projects also including the construction of a new glazed bridge, linking three buildings. The design placed a high priority in providing a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, utilising bespoke contracts and procurement strategies. Some buildings were occupied which involved careful planning and phasing to ensure minimum interruption to the Client’s day-to-day business.
The Montevetro (Docks) project won the Irish Times Fit-Out Award – ‘Large
Office’ category and also achieved a LEED Platinum certification.
Cogent Associates have also completed projects for this Client in Paris, Amsterdam and Munich.
