Further to our involvement as Project and Cost Manager on the Mount Argus residential project, we are delighted to see the successful disposal of the asset by Marlet Property Group to the German fund, to Patrizia AG. Read the Irish Times article in full.

Project Completion for Mount Argus PRS

Mount Argus, a strategic PRS housing development located at Harold’s Cross, achieved Practical Completion for the Marlet Property Group, ahead of programme. A great achievement by Cogent Project and Cost Managers and the wider team. The Development comprises 179 residential units, ranging in height from 3-5 storeys, 236 basement car parking spaces, including open spaces, community building, a gym, hot-desking zone and creche.
