We are delighted to feature the successful completion of CareChoice Group’s Parnell Road purpose-built residential care home.
This project involved the construction of a four-storey, 143-bed, energy efficient care home overlooking the canal, with a fully waterproof basement level carpark. Cogent provided full pre and post-contract Cost Management services and successfully delivered this project on budget.
