Cogent are proud to be supporting Griffith College’s ambitious plans to grow its Dublin 8 campus.

We are providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services on a €150m+ masterplan that includes a new six-storey Teaching & Learning building and the refurbishment and adaptive reuse of multiple protected structures across this historic former barracks site.

Cogent Appointed to Trinity College Old Library Redevelopment

We are excited to announce our recent appointment to the redevelopment of the Old Library at Trinity College Dublin.

For the past 300 years, The Old Library has been home to a collection of 200,000 one-of-a-kind manuscripts, archives and early printed books, including the Book of Kells,  in its 300 year old interior. This ambitious restoration project will draw on 21st-century design and technology to safeguard the Old Library building and conserve its precious collections for future generations in the centuries to come.

It is a privilege to be part of its redevelopment.

The Cogent Associates team will be providing Cost and Project management services to Trinity College Dublin on this historic project.

Work Commences at Grangegorman Print Works

Cogent Associates are delighted to be part of the team delivering two new projects for Grangegorman Development Agency.

Following a disruption to the design and procurement programme as a result of the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, we are excited to see a start on site for both the Print Works and the Sports Changing Facilities.  Full credit due to GDA and the Design Team for maintaining focus and momentum in  a very challenging environment!
