Project Description.
Redevelopment of the Westwood Road Hotel and site to provide a new c.400 bed student accommodation facility. The new facility will be constructed over 5 separate blocks varying in height from 3 to 5 storeys. When complete, the accommodation will include 23no. 4-bed apartments, 2no. 5/6-bed apartments, 38no. 7/8-bed cluster units.
The new facility will also include a café/restaurant and various amenity spaces. Externally, site wide landscaping includes three courtyard gardens and car and bicycle parking. Cogent Associates provided Project and Cost Management Services.
