Project Description.
Renovation of an existing 170 year old, 147 bedroom listed hotel and the construction of a new six storey, 127-bedroom extension. The project comprised of extensive refurbishment & extension to the existing hotel increasing the GIFA from 6,000m² to 22,300m² including the addition of a 7 storey 100 bedroom wing over a double level basement and the construction of a new ballroom and basement.
The remodelling works expanded the functional elements of the hotel and included refurbishment of the existing public area including; restaurants, bars and conference facilities.
