Project Description.
Construction of a new mixed-use development comprising 10,000m² of commercial office space, 124nr residential units and a single level basement located on the former gasworks site at Sir John Rogersons Quay. The works also comprised bespoke fit outs for PFPC & Beauchamps Solicitors. Steel frame constructed over single level basement with extensive retaining works due
to the close proximity to the River Liffey; exposed concrete soffits; shared central heating between residential and commercial offices; climate façade; High Specification CAT A fit out of 10,000m² of office space and landscaping to private courtyard areas.
