Project Description.
Construction of a 5 level office development including a Brettstaple timber structure with timber lift shafts; externally the building is clad timber and zinc with curtain walling surrounding the entrance atrium at all levels; external walls are constructed of double walls and box windows throughout.
This development also incorporated an internal atrium including extensive planting. The building is partly powered by the inclusion of solar chimneys, solar evacuation tube and photovoltaic systems linked to the buildings BMS system.
