The Development of this 170 acre site includes a new 973m² golf clubhouse, driving range, refurbishment of the existing stabling yard, new track and golf course maintenance yard, upgrade of the existing golf course, revision to main Leopardstown and Ballyogan entrance configurations, provision of a new weigh
room building, redevelopment of the Reserve Grandstand, development of new public grandstand, realignment of the parade ring and saddling enclosure and creation of a new pre-parade ring and the provision of new access roads, car parks and footpaths.
