Project Description.
This landmark project comprises the regeneration of Grand Canal Harbour, in Dublin City and involves the creation of c.500,000ft2 of mixed use development. The accommodation includes; residential, hotel, student accommodation and also includes the restoration of a large protected 18th century building.
