Project Description.
This high-profile project involved consolidation of the Central Bank’s operations from five existing buildings to a single 312,000sqft property, which entailed the transformation of a partially constructed concrete shell into world-class office accommodation that is highly secure and attained BREEAM Outstanding sustainability accreditation.
The project brief required tailoring the specific needs of the Central Bank to accommodate circa 1,500 employees, within a highly collaborative environment. The completed building stands as a benchmark for civic architecture and energy efficient design in Ireland’s public sector estate.
