The Sorting Office is a seven-storey, 240,000sqft LEED Platinum office building with retail accommodation, delivered on the former 2.8-hectare An Post distribution site in Dublin’s south Docklands.
The scheme includes a 60,000sqft basement, landscaped terraces and roof gardens and a 56-apartment residential block over the shared basement.
