Project Description.
Landlord refurbishment and upgrade of an existing building. This project involved the replacement of the existing M&E systems and existing lifts whilst providing a Cat A fit-out to the existing office floors.
The project also entails the remodelling and upgrade of the existing reception, landlord areas and re-organisation of the existing toilet cores.
