Project Description.
This development transforms a site of immense historical and industrial significance into a vibrant, mixed-use campus. Led by Google, this project combines sensitive conservation of original mill buildings and the bespoke fit out of Bolands Mills – three new office/residential towers, including two new glazed link bridges, constructed over a three storey basement.
The podium is designed to provide an engaging and accessible space for the community, with the conversion of historic buildings to a mix of retail, office and residential space. Sustainability underpins every aspect of the scheme and embraces green building principles, urban placemaking, long term adaptability to deliver a campus that promotes wellbeing, connectivity and environmental responsibility.
