Project Description.
This redevelopment project comprised the expansion, refurbishment and fitout of A&L Goodbody’s headquarters at 25 North Wall Quay, Dublin. This involved a full strip-out to shell and core, alongside a significant extension, including two new floors and expansion of existing levels, increasing the building to approximately 156,000sqft.
The scheme introduces a glazed atrium, rooftop landscaped terraces, and dedicated penthouse client suites, creating a modern, collaborative working environment for over 1,000 staff. The building achieved WELL Platinum and targets net zero carbon performance, setting a benchmark for low-carbon commercial development in Ireland.
