Brendan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in all aspects of cost and project management, successfully leading projects from inception through to final account stage.
Brendan has developed an extensive portfolio of experience working with public and private sector clients across a wide range of sectors. He has an in depth knowledge and expertise in public procurement and administration of GCCC contracts, as well as other contract forms such as RIAI, FIDIC, IEI and NEC.
