One Opera Square, Limerick.
Having started work on this ambitious development in 2020, it was with great pride that we attended the launch of the first completed building on this 3.7 acre development.
One Opera Square is a 106,000sqft, 5 storey, Grade A office, which boasts stunning views across Limerick city and world-class sustainability and wellness accreditations.
We were honoured to mark this occasion alongside Minister Paschal Donohoe and John Moran Mayor of Limerick, as we look ahead to the next phases of development which include a 14 storey tower for the OPW, city library, hotel, apartments, retail, a civic plaza and the restoration and repurposing of 16 Georgian buildings.
