Google Placemaking public realm at Bolands Mills wins two RIAI awards – in the Urban Design and Universal Design categories.
The placemaking project is part of the Bolands Mills urban regeneration project and restores existing warehouses and develops an active public realm to support office, residential, retail and cultural spaces for up to 2,500 people.
Cogent Provided Project and Cost Management services to Google on this extensive public realm reconfiguration project that was designed by Gustafson Porter + Bowman and Henry J Lyons Architects.
