This mixed use Development was constructed on a brownfield city centre infill site and comprises of 85 Apartments and 6,500m² of contemporary office space occupied by the Local Government Management Services Board (LGMSB) as their
headquarters. The office development is constructed around an atrium to the rear which doubles as a café space.
