257 purpose built student accommodation units constructed on the site of the landmark Frawley’s store on Thomas Street, Dublin City Centre. The development offers high quality accommodation for students in various buildings ranging in height from three to five storeys.
This development also included the restoration and refurbishment of several protected structures. A separate provision for retail units is located on the ground floor.
