Project Description.
Demolition, retention and strip out of the existing listed structures for the construction of 2,300m² of new floor space within the retained floorspace and 6,150m² of new office and residential space constructed of structural steel frame and in-situ concrete. Extensive retention works were required to retain
the existing buildings during the excavation and construction of the basement car park and construction of the new floor space. Externally, the existing structures were retained and cleaned to a high standard.
