Project Description.
Construction of 65 social housing units in Mulhuddart, Co. Dublin for Cluid Housing Association. This scheme will accommodate a range of low density housing and various apartment types and is designed to replicate a traditional streetscape, historically found in the area.
The residential units are space planned in 2 storey high terraces and 3/4 storey apartment blocks. The terraced housing blocks provide a mix of 3/4 bedroom houses. In addition, there are 8no. villa type houses and 3 apartment buildings providing 22 apartments.
