Project Description.
A new build residential development comprising c. 420 units over a single level basement. The development will involve the construction of 10 separate residential blocks ranging in height from 2 to 8 storeys. When completed the development will provide a mix of 1,2 and 3 bed apartments.
The development also comprises community centre, new retail units, creche, playgrounds and site landscaping. Cogent Associates are providing project and cost management services.
