Project Description.
The development consists of constructing approximately 10,150 dwellings, a railway station, three primary schools, one secondary school, a civil hall, 20,000m² of retail and retail services.
3,000m² of enterprise centres, 1,500 childcare places, 1,500m² of community centres, 70 acres of Public Open Space and all the relevant infrastructure to support the Development.
