Anthony is a Member of APM with c. 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and leads and directs the delivery of Development Management, Project Management and Project Monitoring Consultancy commissions.
He has acted as Project Director/Manager to a variety of public and private sector Clients, on building and civil engineering projects.
Anthony’s strengths are in the development of procurement and implementation strategies that deliver on the Client’s objectives and he has experience of numerous forms of procurement routes e.g. Traditional, Design & Build, Management Contracting, Construction Management, Development Agreement, PPP/PFI, etc.
